Mr. Bennett has defended the cities of Rancho Palos Verdes, Newport Beach, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, and Beverly Hills in personal injury and property damage actions related to construction projects. The Firm has experience in advocating for these public entities based in part on the numerous statutory defenses in the California Government Code.
